Distance learning strategic plan

The Microsoft Education Transformation Framework is an evidence-based model for designing system changes and leveraging technology to support that change. UNESCO's Global Education Coalition aims to help countries mobilize resources and implement solutions to provide education remotely, as well as seek equitable solutions and universal access. It also aims to avoid overlapping efforts and facilitate the return of student to school when appropriate.
